Thank you for visiting the AI Governance/Security Center website.
The AI Governance/Security Center is a multidisciplinary research community seeking a sustainable society in the age of AI. Today, artificial intelligence (AI) is not only spurring technological innovation but also bringing about a full range of changes in the government, citizens, and society. The center aims to explore conditions and institutional measures that can promote sustainability during this critical time.
The center develops policy alternatives by applying a variety of scientific methods, including big data-based quantitative analysis, text mining, experiments, causal inferences, and deep learning, from a social science-based perspective. We provide recommendations for a future in which technology and policy are harmonized. We do this by institutionalizing public discourse around AI and by conducting comprehensive analyses of its societal impacts.
